Casablanca’s
collection of beadboard blades adds cottage-style
comfort and charm to any compatible fan model. Their
signature design draws its inspiration from vintage
paneling, and is available in both standard and
badge-style configurations.
Beadboard blades are crafted from multiple layers
of the finest furniture-grade Featherwood, using
an intensive multi-step process to yield lasting
beauty, durability, and smooth, silent performance.
The wood is kiln-dried to achieve optimal moisture
levels, and hand-selected to ensure uniformity of
grain and color. The distinctive grooves are then
routed by machine for maximum precision.
After the initial shape and design are cut, blades
are sanded and finished in a meticulous process
that involves multiple stages. They are then color-matched
and balanced, in order to conform to exacting standards
for consistency and wobble-free operation.
